The next evolution of polyether polyols

For decades, polyether polyol chemistry has been built on established building blocks such as PEG, PPG, and PTMEG.
Our platform expands this chemistry by enabling polyoxymethylene incorporation into copolymeric polyols, opening access to property profiles not achievable with conventional polyethers alone.
At the same time, this new building block can be derived from green methanol, offering the potential for up to 60% lower carbon footprint at the raw material level compared with conventional propylene oxide-based systems. The result is a new generation of polyether polyols that combines novel performance with improved sustainability.

New polymer architecture

Integration of POM segments into polyether backbones.

Expanded design freedom

Access to PPG/POM, PEG/POM and PTMEG/POM material concepts.

Platform, not just one product

A new family of sustainable and tunable polyols with adjustable molecular weight and comonomer composition.

Flagship product

POM-Polyol 2000

POM-Polyol 2000 is our first commercial reference grade and currently the lead product of the platform.
It is a PPG/POM-based diol with a nominal molecular weight of ~2000 g/mol and is designed as an entry point into this new polyol class.
